With 50 years of experience, Institut Villa Pierrefeu is a traditional Finishing School of the type the world expects from Switzerland. Elegant, exclusive and charming, it will prepare you for a role in the business world and society, aiming to help you become more effective in multicultural environments and dealings. In all our programmes you will learn to apply theory in practice and develop your personal creativity whilst improving organizational skills.
We offer several Finishing programmes:
- Summer Course Programmes (Starting: June 12th or July 3rd 2011)
IVP Diploma or Higher Certificate in (IEP) International Etiquette & Protocol courses
(6 weeks for full course or 3 weeks if only taking half the course) : Intensive programmes of International Etiquette (covering 20 countries), Protocol, Savoir-Vivre, Business Etiquette, Table Service, Hostessing, Floral Art & Table Decoration. (Extra courses : Public Relations, Personal Presentation, Cooking, Pastry, Oenology, Home Management, Art, Ballroom dancing, Private classes in languages). With exams or just for your enjoyment.
Age : 18 to 40 (+), but no upper age limit
Diploma course : 36 hours weekly
Higher Certificate course : 26 hours weekly
Lodging on our own IVP campus, or for more mature students, at an hotel nearby. - School Year Programme (Starting: September 25th, 2011)
“IVP Higher Certificate in Finishing” course : One to three term programme of French or English (including preparation for official language exams such as the DELF/DALF, Cambridge, TOEFL), International Etiquette, Protocol, Savoir-Vivre, Table Service, Cooking, Floral Art & Table Decoration, Home Management.
Age : 16 (+), average age : 20
Finishing courses are all given on the IVP purposely designed campus.
During the school year, language classes and boarding are given at Surval Mont-Fleuri (5 minutes from IVP).
You can personalize your timetable by selecting from the wide range of additional studies, activities and cultural trips to acquire and perfect skills that will help you in your private and professional life, today and in the future. - Seminars and special training on request
Our team of experts can come to your country for specially designed short courses, specifically tailored to your requirements.
We also organize special courses on request, generally of one week or two (in Switzerland or in your country), for groups who want to cover certain aspects of our vast curriculum.
